I entitle this post "Circumcised Glans Penis Cleavages". It also covers the bulb of the penis. Also notice the Corpus cavernosum (actually there are two of them) which are located behind the Corpus spongiosum and urethra. The two Corpora cavernosa fill up with blood during sexual arousal and these cause a guy's erection.
